Resident rates include all meals Sunday evening-Thursday lunch.

Rates are locked in based on registration date. Payments are not due at time of registration. Payment or purchase orders are due by June 30th or at the time of registration if registering after June 30th. 

HOTEL GUESTS

Alternative accommodations are available at a discount rate at the Graduate Storrs Hotel, which is adjacent to dorm housing. Participants staying at the Graduate Hotel should purchase a commuter package.

GROUP RATES

Groups of 8+ will automatically receive a 10% discount. Groups must register together by May 30th for discount to be applied.

*Due to limited university housing, single bedrooms are on a first come, first serve basis.

We cannot guarantee suitemate requests for single bedrooms with shared bathrooms, but we will try to accommodate requests when possible.
