GENERAL INFORMATION

Q: How do I register?
A: A registration link will be available on our website by the end of March. For questions on registration, please contact conferences@uconn.edu.

Q: Where will conference sessions take place?
A: All sessions are virtual and take place on our virtual platform. Prior to the start of the conference, registered participants will receive an email with instructions on logging in. Please try logging in and navigating the system prior to the first day of live conference events.

 

Q: What do I need to access the event?
A: You will need a device such as a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet, in addition to an internet connection.

 

Q: Will I receive a certificate for my attendance?
A: A certificate of attendance will be provided through the event platform at the end of the conference. You can also earn contact hours for your attendance. At the end of the conference, you can complete and submit a form for contact hours. A certificate will be emailed to you certifying your hours. We are not able to provide CEUs for this event.

 

Q: Can I receive college credit for attending?
A: You can take a Confratute strand for credit for an additional fee. More coursework will be required following the event. Information about this option will be available soon.

 

Q: I was not able to register for the event. Can I view the recorded sessions?
A: Following the event, access to the recorded sessions will be available for purchase. More information on this option will be posted after the conference.

 

Q: Can participants have individual conferences with presenters?
A: Yes, most presenters will provide their individual emails and contact information to participants. Due to Confratute obligations, some of the presenters may have to schedule appointments after the conference ends.

 

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds must be requested via email by July 5 and will result in a $25 processing fee. Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to attend the event and have not requested a refund prior to July 5. Recordings of all sessions will be available for 30 days following the event.
